Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a senior product leader to own a portfolio of defense-focused products, collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams. You will translate stakeholder requirements into prioritized backlogs, define solutions, and drive end-to-end delivery while measuring impact with data and user feedback.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product development with at least 5 years in hands-on product management.
• Experience managing hardware and software lifecycles.
• Expertise in secure networking environments is a plus.
• Ability to balance requirements across engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders' requirements (Deployment Operations, Technical Operations, Hardware Product Management, Quality, Logistics, etc.) and synthesize into a prioritized backlog.
• Work with engineering to understand pain points and reflect them in product deficiencies and end-user impact.
• Define solutions and features by gathering real-world context from onsite research, expert feedback, product data, and industry tech investigations.
• Prioritize and plan with engineering, design, and business partners; establish team structures for rapid development cycles.
• Communicate vision and execution strategy; escalate large trade-offs and critical decisions as needed.
• Execute across the product lifecycle from initial release to day-to-day improvements; validate with data and user feedback.
• Lead with data by defining metrics to measure success and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with business development, proposal, marketing, and compliance for external storytelling and customer demos.
• Foster product culture and cross-functional collaboration across business, engineering, design, operations, and finance.
