Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Director, Business Development - Ground Maneuver to lead growth and capture for vehicle-integrated solutions, including Menace-X. You will build a data-driven strategy to penetrate and scale our capabilities in DoW missions, expanding the customer base of mobile compute, power, and comms in tactical vehicles.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in defense business development, program management, or acquisitions.
• Strong understanding of DoW acquisition processes and government contracting.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance (preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic pursuits to expand Menace-X and vehicle compute solutions across DoW.
• Identify and mature new business opportunities with ruggedized compute, power, and C2 systems.
• Own all capture efforts for vehicle-based Anduril Ground Maneuver programs, including OEM partnerships.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across services to align mission needs with Anduril solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and ops to shape roadmaps and customer requirements.
• Support proposal development, briefings, and strategic planning.
• Represent Anduril’s Ground Maneuver capabilities at industry events and demonstrations.
• Contribute to performance tracking, forecasting, and growth planning.
