Jubilee Media in El Segundo is seeking a Growth Engineer to build a UGC-first growth engine from scratch, turning creators, trends, and moments into installs and activations.

You’ll own the acquisition funnel from discovery to activation, oversee UGC testing, paid amplification, and ASO, and coach creators to sustain scalable growth. This is a hybrid role requiring a local presence in Southern California.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years in UGC, creator marketing or growth.
• Fluent in TikTok, Reels and short-form distribution.
• Strong performance metrics ownership (installs, CAC).
• Curious about paid media and ASO.
• Willing to own growth initiatives early.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire acquisition funnel from discovery to activation.
• Develop a high-velocity UGC testing engine.
• Oversee paid amplification and ASO testing.
• Coach creators and build scalable systems.
• Experiment with channels and measure CAC by channel.
