UGLYCASH is seeking a Growth Engineer to own our marketing and acquisition go-to-market end‑to‑end. You’ll build landing pages, campaigns, and email journeys, then instrument the funnel to optimize activation and retention.

This senior, hands‑on role requires leadership ownership and the ability to scale through agents, automation, and creative experimentation. You’ll work directly with the founder and collaborate with product, engineering, and creative teammates to turn insights into scalable

• Senior growth-oriented marketer with hands-on implementation experience.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end acquisition funnels from discovery to activation.
• Experience building agent-powered workflows and automation across channels.
