UGLYCASH is seeking a Head of Growth to own its marketing and acquisition go-to-market, from first hearing about us to becoming an active customer. This is a senior, hands-on role with leadership ownership, focused on building an acquisition engine powered by agent systems.

You will own acquisition strategy, product marketing, paid campaigns, creator/UGC strategy, and lifecycle email journeys, collaborating with product, engineering, and creative teams to measure impact and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on growth leader who can own strategy and execution.
• Experience building agent-powered systems and automated workflows.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end acquisition funnels across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition strategy and execution across the funnel: discovery to repeat use.
• Own product marketing and launches, messaging, and campaign ownership.
• Manage paid acquisition, landing pages, testing, budgets, and measurement.
• Develop clipping/UGC/influencer strategies and scalable content processes.
• Build email lifecycle journeys from onboarding to reactivation.
• Create and maintain agent-powered growth systems and integrated tooling.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and creative teams; demonstrate ownership and results.
