Job summary

Aquent's client is seeking a high-caliber growth strategist and operator to build and scale a category-defining creator program for a mobile consumer platform with 500k+ active users.

You will build a high-volume UGC engine, recruit 50–100+ micro-creators, and lead an overseas support team while implementing automated workflows using Zapier, Make, and AI tools to optimize ROI and growth across influencer campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, creator management, or social-first growth strategies.
• Proven track record of building and managing high-volume UGC or influencer programs from scratch at a consumer app or high-growth brand.
• Demonstrated experience delegating to and directing overseas or cross-functional support teams.
• Exceptional analytical capability with deep expertise in marketing attribution, campaign measurement, and performance optimization.
• Systems-first mindset with fluency in leverage-enabling tools like AI platforms, Zapier, or Make to automate operational workflows.
• Strong charisma and interpersonal skills required to manage high-touch creator relationships alongside analytical rigor.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, modern content trends, and what drives organic virality.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a high-volume UGC creator engine from the ground up.
• Recruit and manage a network of 50 to 100+ micro-creators.
• Direct and oversee a remote overseas support team of 5 to 10 members.
• Set up automated workflows using Zapier, Make, and modern AI tools to streamline creator sourcing, outreach, brief delivery, and content repurposing.
• Build robust attribution tracking models to analyze performance, ROI, and conversion metrics.
• Manage broader influencer collaborations, contract negotiations, and long-term talent relationships across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Identify high-converting content trends, viral hooks, and creative formats ahead of competitors.
• Collaborate directly with the founders on overall growth strategy, brand positioning, and major product feature launches.
• Build, hire, and manage a high-performing growth marketing department across multiple acquisition disciplines.
• Expand strategic oversight into paid media (Meta/Google advertising), App Store Optimization (ASO), organic social, SEO, and community initiatives.
• Drive product marketing workflows including push notifications, lifecycle emails, and feature rollout campaigns.
