Job summary

Home From College is seeking a Growth Hacker to build and operate its creator engine, recruiting hundreds of micro and nano creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to drive app downloads and signups.

You will own the full flywheel from sourcing to content performance, design scalable workflows, and use AI tools to optimize reach. Hybrid office environment in Santa Monica supports collaboration and rapid execution.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing large-scale creator programs.
• Native fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• AI in creator sourcing, management tools and creative iteration.
• Experience developing briefs and frameworks at scale.
• Sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and managing creators.
• Building or managing UGC programs that convert users.
• Operational systems to manage hundreds of creator relationships.
• Data-driven mindset linking content metrics to outcomes.
• Moves fast with experiments and hypotheses.
• Excellent communicator able to brief creators and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own creator and content strategy end-to-end — from building the network to measuring impact on growth.
• Recruit hundreds of creators and build a scaled network to 1,000+ contributors.
• Design and run systems to manage a large creator roster — briefs, approvals, payments, tracking.
• Develop platform-native briefs and frameworks that preserve authenticity.
• Grow presence on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and optimize reach.
• Manage influencer partnerships and co-branded content with college audiences.
• Collaborate with Paid team to amplify organic wins through Spark Ads.
• Define metrics linking content output to business outcomes and report weekly.
