Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Unified Communications Engineer to design, implement, administer, and support enterprise voice and collaboration platforms. You will manage VoIP/SIP/UC systems and collaborate with network teams to ensure reliable voice services.

Qualified candidates will have 2–4 years of experience with enterprise UC environments, SIP trunking, and AudioCodes gateways. Strong troubleshooting and network knowledge are essential for maintaining availability and security of voice

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience supporting enterprise VoIP/Unified Communications environments.
Experience administering and troubleshooting SIP-based phone systems, SIP trunking, voicemail platforms, and AudioCodes gateways.
Ability to diagnose call quality issues including latency, jitter, packet loss, and call routing problems.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, administer and support enterprise voice and collaboration platforms.
Manage and troubleshoot VoIP, SIP, UC, and related systems; partner with network/infrastructure teams.
Perform system upgrades, optimize performance, and troubleshoot call quality and connectivity issues.
