Job Summary: Leads the University Centers Marketing Team, overseeing daily operations, personnel, project workflows, and client service. Supports a year-round creative environment by coordinating staff, managing processes, and ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables.
Applicants must be available to work between 10-20 hours per week during the semester and must create and maintain a consistent work schedule by the first week of each semester. They must also attend staff meetings and events as needed. Summer and Winterim hours may be available but are not guaranteed.
The University Centers Marketing Team Student Manager must be able to supervise and work independently and in a team environment. Confidence, customer service, communication, and attention to detail are critical in this role. Additional preference will be given to qualified candidates with at least two semesters remaining at UWSP.
The Marketing Student Manager must be at least a part‑time student (enrolled in a minimum of 6 undergraduate or 5 graduate credits) and be in good academic standing (cumulative and semester GPAs of 2.0 or higher) at the time of hiring and throughout employment.
Note: This position qualifies for internship or experiential learning credit.
