CACI seeks an experienced Unified Communications Administrator to support global UC&C operations. The role involves maintaining VoIP/PBX systems, VTC, IM/Presence, CMS and related tools, with guidance to junior staff.

A TS/SCI with poly and IAT II certification are required, as are strong Cisco UC skills and readiness for travel up to 10% on CONUS/OCONUS programs. The position emphasizes design, transition, and ongoing service improvement for enterprise UC&C services, with emphasis on security,

Formación

TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a poly
IAT II certification (mandatory)
Experience with UC&C technologies and Cisco UC tools is preferred

Responsabilidades

Provide technical knowledge of VoIP/PBX telephony systems, software, hardware, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
Provide knowledge of IM systems like Cisco Jabber, Webex or Teams and Presence Services.
Experience with Audio/Video Streaming, VTC equipment (TMS, CODEC, MCU, CMS).
Ability to train lower skill level staff and support engineering with projects.
Manage tickets and prioritize workload to resolve break/fix and requests.
Perform IOS and software upgrades and ensure security policy compliance.
