Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Unified Communications Administrator to support the ECS3 program, delivering UC&C services globally across VTC, VoIP, IM, presence, and related telecommunication platforms.

This role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and at least five years' Unified Communications experience, with hands‑on work on CUCM, CMS, TMS, IM and presence tools, plus security compliance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years' unified communications experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical knowledge of VoIP/PBX systems, software, and Cisco UC products.
• Support IM, Presence, VTC, CMS, TMS, and related UC tools.
• Perform IOS and software upgrades and patching per security policy.
• Schedule, monitor, and provide admin support for UC services.
• Train lower-skill staff and develop SOPs for UC environment.
