Job summary

The Michigan Lottery is seeking a dependable, thorough staff specialist to lead business testing for Retail Lottery and iLottery operations. You will coordinate UAT and CAT, validate end-to-end processes, and ensure data integrity across external vendors and internal systems.

You will analyze business requirements, review interface files, and support production readiness while ensuring contract compliance and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) for new games, promotions, system enhancements, and vendor implementations.
• Analyze business requirements to determine impacts to system interfaces, reports, and file transmissions.
• Validate system functionality through end-to-end testing and ensure data integrity across Lottery systems and external vendors.
• Review control files, transactional files, balancing reports, and other interface files to ensure accurate processing.
• Support production readiness and vendor contract compliance by analyzing system issues and interpreting contract requirements.
