You will assist retailers, suppliers and customers, answer the 800-number, and support Departmental Technicians with daily duties. Background checks and pre-employment drug testing are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in high school, vocational or technical school, or post-secondary educational institution.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a member of the Retailer Services team providing support to the 800 phone line for the Bureau, assisting over 10,000 Lottery Retailers with services including ticket validations, equipment issues, adjustments, and more.
• Assists Departmental Technicians in daily duties and interacts with retailers, suppliers and customers to determine service needs.
