Job summary

The Ohio Lottery Commission seeks an experienced Information Technology Supervisor to lead the Gaming Systems/UAT team, directing analysis and acceptance testing of gaming vendor software and internal/external software changes related to the central gaming system.

In this hands-on leadership role you will supervise Business Process Analysts, coordinate requirements, develop testing scripts, and serve as the primary liaison with the central gaming vendor to ensure timely, quality releases.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams responsible for analysis and testing of software.
• Strong knowledge of UAT and acceptance testing processes.
• Experience with gaming or high-stakes software environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Business Process Analysts.
• Manage analysis and acceptance testing of vendor software and internal/external modifications.
• Coordinate requirements related to the central gaming system and testing scripts.
