Job summary

The Michigan Lottery, part of the State of Michigan, is seeking a dependable staff specialist to support business testing, systems integrations, and data exchange for Retail Lottery and iLottery operations.

You will coordinate UAT/CAT testing, analyze requirements, validate end-to-end processes, and ensure contract compliance with vendors and partners. Strong ethical standards and collaboration with internal units are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any major.
• Four years of professional experience, incl. two years at P11 or one year at 12.
• Experience with UAT/CAT testing and data exchange.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute UAT and CAT for new games, promotions, system enhancements, and vendor implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and validate end-to-end system functionality.
• Review control files, transactional files, balancing reports, and data transmissions to ensure accurate processing.
• Ensure vendor contract compliance and assess liquidated damages.
