Skyeton, Inc in Fayetteville, North Carolina seeks a UAS Air Vehicle Operator / Field Service Representative to fly Group 2 and 3 UAVs for ISR and testing. You will serve as the on-site technical expert, delivering hardware maintenance, payload integration, and logistics support to customers and deployment teams.

The role combines Flight Operations, Field Service, and Mission Coordination with travel up to 20% to remote or austere locations; FAA DoD standards apply, and security considerations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of documented Remote Pilot in Command (PIC) experience flying Group 2 or 3 UAS.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate required; military UAS quals or DoD certifications preferred.
• Hands-on maintenance with UAV propulsion, avionics, autopilots, and ground support equipment.

Responsibilities

• Flight Operations: perform pre/post flight checks and safely fly Group 2/3 UAVs; monitor payloads and comply with FAA/DoD standards.
• Field Service: troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aircraft, GCS, and LRE; provide on-site technical assistance in remote environments.
• Mission Coordination: work with customers and ground crews to meet objectives; debrief flight data and sensor logs.
