Rhoads Resources LLC seeks a U.S. Sales Leader to drive revenue growth across US oilfield markets from bases in the Permian Basin.
This hands-on role combines sales leadership, business development, and strategic account management to expand market share and diversify revenue streams. You'll lead regional sales teams, build executive relationships with key operators, negotiate major contracts, and align commercial strategy with operations.
Our client is a diversified provider of advanced technology and services to operators and drilling contractors around the world. Their RCD/MPD Solutions Division, the leading provider of such equipment and services to US oilfields, is seeking a new U.S. Sales Leader to take charge of driving their continued revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic customer development across the United States. This is a hands-on sales leadership role, combing sales leadership, business development, active account management, and strategic growth responsibilities to expand market share, diversify revenue streams, and maintain the division’s leading position in their markets.
This is a unique opportunity in an otherwise shrinking US OFS market to join a thriving and growing company that combines the benefits of advanced and differentiating technologies and market leading positions, without the bureaucracy and limited flexibility of the large OFS giants. This is a role where your strengths can be put to work, your contributions noticed, and you will have a measurable impact on the company’s success.
Qualified candidates will combine a passion for driving sales and winning new business personally while also effectively leading, managing, and coaching sales teams to do the same, with a demonstrable track record doing so with drilling-related service and/or equipment. This role will be responsible for sales across US oilfield basins, but will be based in the Permian Basin, where the US Sales Leader’s strong existing rolodex of drilling decision-makers within major and independent operators can be utilized.
