Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the environmental industry with a track record of managing large key accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead in a matrixed environment and act as a trusted client advisor.

Responsibilities

• Develop a US-focused sales plan in collaboration with the Global Mining Leader.
• Establish annual revenue targets for the US.
• Build a qualified opportunity pipeline and maintain data quality in Salesforce.
• Recruit a future full-time US Mining Leader.
• Identify technical capability gaps and provide solutions recommendations.
• Increase utilization of existing operational resources.
