Job summary

KC Harvey Environmental, LLC seeks a market-facing leader to shape the growth of its mining, water, and environmental services. You will remain closely connected to technical work while guiding client strategy, regulatory insights, and service delivery across North America.

As a Principal-level leader, you’ll expand relationships with marquee mining clients, manage teams of scientists and project managers, and drive revenue growth through new business and account expansion.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of environmental consulting experience, with mining focus.
• Proven track record of winning work and growing accounts.
• Deep expertise in mining-related water management, permitting, and remediation.
• Willingness to travel and stay actively engaged in market.

Responsibilities

• Be a Subject Matter Expert expanding KC Harvey’s permitting, compliance, water management, and environmental services in mining.
• Drive pursuit strategy, lead proposals, and present directly to clients.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and establish best practices, tools, and delivery standards.
• Serve as Principal Scientist or Project Manager on high-value mining projects from pursuit through close-out.
