Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics seeks a working-leader to build the U.S. learning and field-excellence engine for its launch organization.

This role drives Sales and FRM capability-building, manager development, and readiness certification—not a traditional classroom role. The candidate will design onboarding and disease-state education, own certification standards, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure practical, market-ready execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology commercial, field leadership, training, or sales-excellence experience.
• Strong adult-learning, facilitation, curriculum-design, coaching, and performance-consulting skills.
• Experience leading training for a significant product launch.
• Experience with specialty sales and access/reimbursement capability building.

Responsibilities

• Build the U.S. field learning strategy and capability model for Sales and Field Re-imbursement.
• Design and lead onboarding and disease-state education; develop product training, access capability, customer engagement, and launch-readiness programs.
• Own Sales and FRM certification standards in partnership with Legal/Compliance, Medical, Market Access, and leadership.
• Develop first-line and second-line manager coaching, field-coaching tools, and leadership-development programs.
• Lead launch meetings, Plan of Action meetings, and readiness-simulation design; ensure field teams can execute in realistic customer and access scenarios.
• Create readiness scorecards and reinforcement plans based on observed capability gaps, field performance, and launch feedback.
• Manage external training vendors, curriculum partners, and facilitation resources as needed.
• Lead the training team and work cross-functionally to ensure content aligns with organizational goals.
• Partner with Field Compensation, Sales leadership, FRM leadership, Medical and Analytics to align training with desired behaviors.
