Job summary

You will own open enrollment, vendor management, compliance coordination, and education to employees, partnering with HR Operations and stakeholders to drive consistent program delivery. This role requires strong ERISA knowledge, vendor management, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
• Six to ten years of progressive experience in U.S. benefits within a corporate environment.
• Experience as subject matter expert leading benefit governance, vendor relationships, and compliance support.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and ADA.
• CEBS or similar benefits designation preferred.
• Experience with Workday and advanced Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ownership and governance for U.S. benefit programs across health, welfare, leave and disability, wellness, voluntary programs, and recognition.
• Oversee retirement plan governance, committee materials, annual tests, filings, and communications.
• Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, retirement providers, and service vendors; monitor performance.
• Lead benefits communications and employee education on changes and enrollment processes.
• Collaborate with Global Total Rewards to align recognition programs and drive continuous improvement.
