Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced U.S. Benefits & Retirement Administration Manager to lead the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of U.S. benefits programs, including health, welfare, 401(k), and executive retirement offerings.

The role requires leading a team within People Operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional employee experience. Local to a US Hub with 2 days in-office per week, salary range provided for transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits/retirement administration.
• 3+ years of people leadership or leading cross-functional programs.
• Experience managing external vendors and third-party administrators.
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills.
• Proven project management and process improvement experience.
• Local to one US Hub location and able to work 2 days in-office per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of U.S. benefits programs (Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, COBRA, 401(k)).
• Lead and develop a team of benefit administration specialists.
• Serve as relationship owner for third‑party benefit administrator.
• Oversee statements of work, costs, contracts, SLAs and metrics.
• Develop operational strategies to improve employee experience, efficiency, and compliance.
