Job summary

Woolpert, Inc. is seeking a TxDOT Project Manager to lead complex construction projects within our Aviation Team. You will manage schedules, contract requirements, and client relationships while coordinating across engineering, inspection, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include on-site observation, documentation, risk management, and submittal reviews. A PMP or PE license and TxDOT experience are highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction management experience with contract administration.
• OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain.
• Professional Engineer license or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site observation of daily construction activities and safety reviews.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and manage documentation.
• Coordinate inspectors, QA/QC testing, and field personnel.
• Oversee project coordination to ensure scope, schedule, and quality.
• Mentor junior staff and review key project documents.
