Job summary

beem™ Light Sauna is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead two Austin locations, drive membership sales, and own revenue targets. You will coach a sales team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure a high-quality member experience across both studios.

You will split time between Westlake and Downtown Austin, manage schedules, drive performance, and step in on the floor to sell when needed. This leadership role emphasizes accountability and hands-on coaching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales management or team-lead role, preferably in wellness/fitness or membership-based sales.
• Proven track record of hitting revenue targets through a team.
• Experience managing staff schedules and multi-location operations.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, lead generation, team performance, and day-to-day operations across both studios.
• Drive organic lead generation through community outreach, partnerships, events, and grassroots efforts.
• Coach and motivate Wellness Sales Associates to daily lead-generation and closing goals.
• Track sales performance by location and per associate, and adjust strategies as needed.
