Job summary

Beem™ Light Sauna is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead Wellness Sales Associates across Austin's Westlake and Downtown studios. You will own membership sales, revenue targets, lead generation, and studio performance while coaching a team and maintaining top‑line results.

You’ll split your time between locations, manage schedules, drive performance, and step onto the floor to sell and model best practices. This hands‑on leadership role rewards continuous growth and local market success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales management, assistant manager, or team lead role — wellness, fitness, or membership-based sales strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets through a team.
• Demonstrated success generating organic leads — community outreach, partnerships, grassroots marketing, not just working inbound traffic.
• Experience managing staff schedules and multi-location or multi-shift operations.
• Strong coaching and performance-management skills.
• Comfortable with sales metrics, reporting, and holding a team accountable to numbers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and events, and to travel between both Austin locations regularly.
• Comfortable learning and speaking persuasively about light therapy and wellness technology

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, lead generation, team performance, and day-to-day operations across both studios.
• Be directly accountable for hitting monthly and quarterly membership sales targets at both Westlake and Downtown.
• Own organic lead generation for both studios — drive community outreach, partnerships, events, and grassroots efforts.
• Coach, motivate, and hold Wellness Sales Associates accountable to daily lead-generation and closing goals.
• Track sales performance by associate and by location; identify gaps and course-correct quickly.
• Step onto the floor to sell, model best practices, and close when the team needs backup.
• Drive local promotions, events, and outreach strategies to grow the member base at each studio
