The position emphasizes revenue through memberships, team coaching, and delivering a best-in-class member experience on-site at our wellness studio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in sales with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive revenue through memberships and packages; coaching others.
• Strong communicator, organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Close memberships and sales packages, lead tours, and handle objections.
• Coach team in real time on sales conversations, bookings, and member situations.
• Own the full member lifecycle and drive retention.
• Ensure front desk systems (POS, scheduling, CRM) run smoothly and support campaigns.
