Job summary

Stretch Zone - 1214 is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee two studio locations in Tucker, GA. This hands-on leadership role drives sales, member retention, and brand standards while supporting studio teams across both sites.

The position requires multi‑unit leadership experience, strong coaching ability, and a commitment to meeting performance metrics. Travel between studios is expected, with evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a sales-focused fitness, wellness, retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Fitness or wellness experience is preferred but not required.
• Multi-unit management experience is preferred, with potential for single-location leaders advancing.
• Strong sales background with demonstrated success achieving measurable goals.
• Experience coaching employees and holding teams accountable.
• Ability to understand sales, labor, retention, and expense metrics and use results to improve studio performance.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel regularly between both studios.
• Evening and weekend availability is required.
• Must complete Stretch Zone Practitioner training after hire and maintain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent leadership presence across both studio locations.
• Monitor sales, leads, closing percentages, member retention, satisfaction, cancellations, refunds, and other studio metrics.
• Hold studio teams accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Develop practical action plans to improve sales, retention, member experience, and overall studio performance.
• Monitor employee schedules to ensure both studios are properly staffed.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate Sales Associates, Stretch Practitioners, and other studio employees.
• Conduct weekly studio meetings with priorities and follow-up actions.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee retention.
• Ensure required reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Review employee timekeeping, attendance, and utilization.
• Review sales, labor, and expense results and communicate significant differences from goals.
• Prepare reasonable performance projections when needed.
• Handle escalated member concerns and resolve staffing or operational issues.
• Maintain consistent service, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Execute corporate promotions and support local marketing and community outreach.
• Communicate with ownership and Stretch Zone corporate regarding studio performance and initiatives.
• Provide sales and operational coverage when necessary.
