Job summary

WJW-TV, Cleveland’s market leader and one of the top FOX affiliates in the country has an immediate opening for an Account Executive to enhance our strong sales team. Ideal candidate will have previous television/digital sales experience.

Responsibilities include generating revenues, selling advertising on television and digital platforms, developing relationships with agencies and local clients, and working to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Well organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to develop and maintain client and agency relationships.
• College degree and sales experience in Television or related industry.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenues as set by AE and Manager to meet station budget.
• Develop strong relationships with agencies and local clients to grow business.
• Sell advertising on television and digital platforms.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and work ethic to help clients grow.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• Identify client needs and prepare presentations with solutions.
• Indirectly supervise a sales assistant for support in tasks.
