Job summary

Vintti is seeking an Operations & Tutor Success Lead to own the end-to-end supply chain and scheduling for its Latin America tutor network. This hands-on, IC role focuses on capacity planning, logistics, and improving gross margins while keeping tutors engaged and performing at a high level.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of combined experience in Recruiting, HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, or Client Success.
• Strong empathy, relationship management, and ability to engage tutor community.
• Numerical and business acumen with EBITDA, Gross Margin and capacity utilization.

Responsibilities

• Own the Day-to-Day Tutor Journey; motivate, support, and respond to tutor concerns and scheduling issues.
• Lead Capacity & Demand Planning and optimize scheduling to maximize tutor utilization while reducing no-shows.
• Drive Recruiting & University Partnerships to build a bilingual tutor pipeline across LatAm and position tutoring as a career path.
