ClassDojo is seeking a results‑oriented Head of Tutor Operations to lead the Dojo Tutor Ops team. You will oversee tutor sourcing, onboarding, quality and reliability, while partnering with Product and leadership to drive growth across 1:1 and small-group tutoring offerings.

• Shape growth strategy with Product and execs and translate frontline learnings into roadmap decisions.
• Coach and manage a diverse team across subjects, time slots and locales to raise quality and efficiency.
• Oversee customer support for families and tutors with increasing automation while reducing cost per contact.
• Prioritize initiatives to align activities with business outcomes and scale operations.
