Job summary

Preply is seeking a hands-on operations professional to own the tutor engagement programs for the Supply Engagement team. You’ll coordinate events, webinars, contests, and community activities to deliver real value for thousands of tutors across learning and product initiatives.

You’ll partner with stakeholders, run focus groups, analyze data, and build scalable processes, including LMS migration support and an AI-driven workflow to speed content updates and improve tutor experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience planning and running complex events or programs that reach thousands of people.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational part of all tutor-facing programs and projects end to end, including events such as the annual tutor conference and webinar series.
• Drive new engagement projects from ideation to delivery.
• Own the operational side of community activities: contests, awards, and story collections to keep tutors engaged.
• Support Academy’s LMS migration: coordinating content shift, reviewing content, and building an AI workflow to speed it up.
• Run focus groups, light research and data analysis to improve tutor experience across channels and Preply.
• Set up a reporting cadence that tracks how programs are performing.
