ClassDojo is building Dojo Tutor for online learning. We are seeking a leader to guide the Tutor Operations team, set ambitious goals, and coach a growing group of operators across a global platform.

You will partner with Product to shape strategy, drive top-line growth through staffing launches, and own supply, quality, reliability and automated customer support for millions of learners across many regions. 45 million children are reached in 180 countries, with ~200 employees.

Qualifications

• Strong people management and marketplace ops experience.
• Analytical and able to set measurable goals; uses AI to execute.
• Willing to push back on senior thinking and own outcomes.
