Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. seeks a Turnover Package Coordinator / Documentation Engineer to act as the primary interface between Construction, Vendors, Engineering, CQV, and QA to ensure turnover documentation packages are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

You will ensure packages align with system boundaries and site GDP/GMP requirements, support commissioning and startup activities, and drive continuous improvement in document control and turnover processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting GxP-regulated pharma/biotech projects.
• Strong understanding of commissioning, qualification, validation, and turnover documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review turnover packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Verify alignment with system boundaries and validation plans.
• Support turnover planning and resolve deficiencies.
• Coordinate between Construction, Vendors, Engineering, CQV and QA.
• Assist with field walkdowns and punch list closure.
• Maintain turnover trackers and documentation metrics.
