Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of field engineering management responsibilities and procedural compliance.
• Ability to lead turnover coordination for assigned systems with readiness planning and interfaces.
• Experience coordinating with construction management, startups, quality, and client representatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnover and field engineering activities for assigned systems or areas.
• Coordinate turnover planning, readiness reviews, walkdowns, punch lists, and package completion.
• Align turnover scope with construction, startup, commissioning, and client stakeholders.
• Direct preparation and control of turnover documentation and quality records.
• Manage reporting, forecasting, and data accuracy to support planning decisions.
• Coordinate subcontract turnover activities, submittals, and schedule integration.
• Support safety, quality and environmental expectations while escalating issues.
