Job summary

Graywolf Integrated Construction Company in Lebanon, IN seeks a Turnover Coordinator to manage the flow of technical information between the project management team, customers, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering strong internal and external relationships.

You will support document control, work package planning, QA/QC, and turnover TOP creation, coordinate schedules for submittals and releases, and help ensure compliance documents and manuals are complete.

Qualifications

• Two years in Document Control, Contract Coordination, QA/QC, or turnover.
• Completion of technical education preferred.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with document control, work packages, QA/QC, and other project support tasks.
• Monitor project schedules for submittals, approvals, and fabrication releases.
• Build turnover packages with test records, quality data, and certificates.
• Lead system walk-downs with construction, commissioning, and client teams to check readiness.
