Genesis Endeavors is seeking a QA/QC Document Control Specialist to maintain accurate quality documentation for assigned projects. The role requires reading construction drawings, managing weld maps and material records, and distributing documents in a timely, professional manner.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in both office and field environments while coordinating with inspectors, management, and field personnel.

Qualifications

• Read and understand construction drawings, blueprints, and isometric drawings.
• Proficient with Bluebeam Revu for reviewing, marking up, organizing, and distributing documents.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records across projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify missing or inconsistent documentation.
• Professional communication with inspectors, clients, supervisors, and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Create, organize, maintain, and complete project job books/turnover packages.
• Create, update, and maintain weld maps and associated weld documentation.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy project files with proper revision control.
• Maintain material inventory records and track materials used on projects.
• Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, and client requests.
• Coordinate with project team to obtain missing documentation.
• Travel to project locations to collect documentation and support QA/QC activities.
