Job summary

Jacobs is hiring a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead a diverse team through field verification, documentation, and turnover to the CQV team, guiding punch list closure and multi-disciplinary testing.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in construction turnover, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate across sites. The role requires onsite presence throughout the project with extensive field oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Construction Management, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Construction Turnover experience on pharma/biotech, data center, or equivalent projects.
• Experience leading walkdowns with subcontractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• Hands-on supervisory experience with cross-discipline coordination.
• Ability to spend continuous hours on active construction sites and be onsite for the duration of the work.
• Experience implementing turnover programs across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead field verification and documentation of systems installed by Construction.
• Oversee walkdowns, punch list closure, and turnover packages with CQV team.
• Coordinate with field Quality and subcontractors to ensure testing and documentation requirements are met.
• Standardize turnover programs across multiple sites and ensure consistency in processes and quality.
