Job summary

Jacobs is hiring a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate field verification, and drive turnover activities from construction through CQV handoff, aligning with the P6 schedule.

Responsibilities include reading P&IDs, line diagrams, and CSA drawings; standardizing turnover programs across sites; and ensuring timely, quality completion of turnover activities and pre-commissioning. Must be onsite for the project duration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of turnover experience on Pharma/Biotech or Data Center projects.
• Experience leading walkdowns with subs and clients to close punch lists.
• Supervisory experience with cross-discipline coordination.
• Ability to work long hours on active construction sites with PPE.
• Onsite presence required for the duration of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead walkdowns, guide subcontractors and client personnel through scope on active sites.
• Coordinate turnover activities and ensure documentation for pre-commissioning.
• Collaborate with field Quality and subcontractors to meet testing and turnover standards.
• Use ACC platform for punchlist tracking and turnover package assembly.
