Job summary

Jacobs seeks a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate field verification and documentation of systems installed by Construction, and guide walkdowns on an active site.

You will collaborate with field Quality and subcontractors, ensure testing and documentation, and complete turnover packages for handoff to the CQV team per the P6 schedule. This role requires 6+ years turnover experience and onsite availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Construction Turnover experience on Pharma/Biotech projects, Data Center projects or equivalent.
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• Experience in a supervisory role with cross-discipline coordination.
• Ability to spend continuous hours on an active construction site with PPE and physical activity.
• OSHA 10 Certification; GDP familiarity.
• Experience implementing turnover programs across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead field verification and documentation of systems installed by Construction.
• Guide walkdowns on an active construction site with subcontractor and client personnel.
• Collaborate with field Quality and subcontractors to ensure testing and documentation requirements are met.
• Oversee pre-commissioning activities (megger, continuity, T&B, chemical cleaning, passivation, pressure testing).
• Utilize the ACC platform for punchlist entry, testing reviews, and turnover package assembly.
• Coordinate with project controls and construction to plan final turnover of facilities to the CQV team per the P6 schedule.
