Job summary

Jacobs in the United States is seeking a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate field verification and turnover activities for multi-disciplinary systems, guiding subcontractors and clients through punch lists and documentation.

You’ll read P&ID's and drawings, standardize turnover programs across sites, and collaborate with CQV and project controls on the final turnover to the client while maintaining safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Construction Turnover experience on Pharma/Biotechnology projects, Data Center projects or equivalent
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure
• Ability to spend continuous hours on an active construction site and onsite for the duration of the work
• OSHA 10 Certification and familiarity with GDP requirements
• Experience implementing turnover programs across multiple sites and standardizing processes
• Ability to read P&ID's, line diagrams, panel layouts, and CSA drawings

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team to coordinate field verification and documentation of installed systems
• Manage walkdowns, punch list closure, and turnover packaging with subcontractors and clients
• Collaborate with field QA and subcontractors to ensure testing and documentation requirements are met
• Provide a documented, site-wide turnover approach aligned with the P6 schedule and CQV handover
• Standardize turnover programs across multiple sites for consistent processes and quality
