Responsibilities

• Coordinate turnover activities from Construction to CSU per approved procedures.
• Maintain Turnover Packages and System Turnover Packages with accurate records.
• Monitor inspections, tests, and documentation for turnover readiness.
• Support commissioning readiness and startup planning aligned with schedules.
