Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation in Cheyenne, WY seeks a CSU Turnover Lead for the Combined Cycle Gas Turbine project. You will coordinate between Construction, Startup, subcontractors, and the client to ensure area turnover logic is clear and walkdowns are completed.

You will lead a team of technical and administrative staff, manage punch lists, and keep turnover documentation up to date, with a focus on timely completions and quality records for turnover to startup and client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience (14–17 years acceptable).
• Experience delivering large-scale combined cycle power projects.
• Knowledge of P&IDs and single-line diagrams.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Understanding of cost control and scheduling practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Construction, Startup, Subcontractors, and Customer for turnover.
• Lead day-to-day activities of the technical and administrative team.
• Oversee punch listing and complete turnover documentation.
• Ensure completion tracking and expediting remaining work.
• Prepare and maintain turnover packages for startup and client.
• Generate reports to support strategy and decision making.
• Coordinate with Startup managers on priorities and subcontracted work.
