Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of construction and commissioning processes related to completion and turnover.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive information gathering.

Responsibilities

• Participates with completions certification and turnover for the project through construction, commissioning and handover phases.
• Incorporates handover requirements from the customer and turnover requirements into the systems completion database.
• Monitors the production of contractor certification deliverables and adherence to schedules.
• Develops reports as specified by supervision and generates them periodically.
• Coordinates plant turnover to end user/client and system completions between on-project parties.
• Maintains turnover lists and processes as documented by procedures.
• Inputs data into system databases and administers the systems completion database.
• Assists with punch list database, reporting and focusing areas as directed.
• Assists with completions package submittal and oversight of subcontractors.
