Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure vacant units meet quality standards and are turned to market-ready condition across our communities in League City, TX. You will perform repairs, sealing, painting, and general upkeep to support timely leasing.

The role requires safety awareness, ability to work indoors/outdoors, and flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. On-site position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or make-ready work preferred.
• Ability to read and follow checklists and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to move-in.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
• Inspect sheetrock and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
• Perform touch-up painting and basic cleaning of common areas.
• Assist in grounds upkeep and property maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety policies and participate in safety trainings.
