Responsibilities

• Perform turndown service by preparing guest rooms for the evening, including turning down beds, placing chocolate, refreshing towels, and replenishing amenities.
• Ensure guest rooms are clean, tidy, and welcoming by conducting thorough inspections and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
• Provide personalized service by accommodating special requests and preferences, ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of responsibility, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, upholding the hotel's standards of service and hospitality.
• Ensures that the guest room/suite is clean and straight.
• Ensures that the guests’ requests are met, seeking assistance from other departments or managers if needed. Does not bother “Do Not Disturb” signs but services “Service Requested”.
• Reports any damage or extraordinary circumstances to the supervisor.
• Follows hotel and departmental procedures unless instructed otherwise by a manager
• Follows VIP procedure for arriving and in-house VIPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
