Job summary

The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a Turndown Associate to join our hospitality team on Longboat Key, Florida. You will ensure high-quality turndown service, respond to guest needs, and maintain spotless rooms and suites.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and guest-focused service.
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends.
• Ability to move, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs.
• Respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
• Clean rooms/suites, including beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming.
• Prepare room for evening services (adjust drapes, lighting).
• Report room status to front desk and notify supervisor of damages.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs
• Respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
• Clean rooms/suites, as assigned, which includes: making beds, cleaning
• bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and washing windows / tracks.
• Prepare room for evening services such as adjust drapes, adjust room lighting, etc.
• Report room as clean to front desk
• Report any damages or maintenance problems to the Supervisor

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible scheduling (MUST be able to work weekends!)
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
