Job summary

IV Oxide & Glycols LLC in Clear Lake, TX, seeks a Turnaround Site Team Leader to steward TMP at a designated site during large turnarounds and recat projects. Reports to the Regional Turnaround Manager.

Responsibilities include leading TMP, participating in Site Leadership Team, driving continuous improvement, developing TAR scope, coordinating planning and execution, ensuring training and compliance, and delivering gate packages and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in turnarounds, construction, maintenance or operations at petrochemical facilities.
• Experience leading or managing large field projects and turnarounds.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, procurement, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Provide stewardship of TMP for the relevant Indorama site.
• Lead and participate in TAR, FEL, and planning teams.
• Ensure schedule adherence and cost reporting.
• Manage onboarding and training for resources.
