Job summary

Indorama Ventures seeks a Turnaround Site Team Leader to steward TMP at a designated site, reporting to the Regional Turnaround Manager. This role drives planning, execution, and governance for large turnarounds and recat projects, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and cost control across teams.

Requires a minimum of 5 years in turnarounds or related fields, strong SAP/Primavera P6/MS Project proficiency, and solid leadership and communication skills. On-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equiv AND minimum of 5 years in turnarounds, construction, maintenance or operations at a refinery or petrochemical facility.
• Experience managing or leading construction projects and turnarounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide stewardship of the Turnaround Management Process (TMP) for the site.
• Lead TAR planning, scheduling, and cost management across the project.
• Lead daily management team meetings and steerco updates.
• Approve timesheets, requisitions, and DOA-based changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and vendor controls.
