Job summary

Indorama Ventures is seeking a Turnaround Site Team Leader to steward TMP at a designated site, reporting to the Regional Turnaround Manager. The role oversees planning, scheduling, cost control, safety, and vendor management across large turnarounds and recat projects.

You will lead TAR core and planning teams, ensure milestones are met, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with corporate procedures and the MVV code of conduct.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years in turnarounds or related fields.
• Experience leading large turnaround projects and planning teams.
• Proficient in SAP, Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide stewardship of the Turnaround Management Process (TMP) for the site.
• Lead and participate in Site Leadership Team with TAR input.
• Develop and manage TAR planning, scheduling, and cost reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, training, and vendor management.
• Lead daily management meetings and Steering Committee updates.
• Ensure on-time execution from pre-TAR to shutdown.
