Job summary

Indorama Ventures Intermediate Chemicals seeks a Turnaround Site Team Leader to steward the Turnaround Management Process at a designated site where large turnarounds and recat projects occur. The role reports to the Regional Turnaround Manager and requires leadership across planning, execution, and safety processes.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equiv is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in turnarounds, construction, maintenance or operations at a refinery or petrochemical facility.
• Experience managing or leading construction projects and Turnarounds.
• Proficiency with SAP, Primavera P6, MS Project and Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide stewardship of the Turnaround Management Process (TMP) for the site.
• Represent the corporate Turnarounds on the Site Leadership Team.
• Drive continuous improvement and Turnaround Excellence initiatives.
• Develop and input TAR long-term strategy and procurement scope inputs for Turnarounds.
• Lead scheduling, planning, cost management, and risk processes to meet TAR milestones.
• Oversee onboarding training for in-house and external resources and ensure timely execution of major activities.
• Lead daily management and steerco meetings and provide regular status updates.
